Return & Refund Policy


The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.

The packaging should also be in original condition and in original shipping container as received.

If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

Deblue Corner Dive Centre will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Deblue Corner Dive Centre reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.


  1. Contact us via 012 682 1163 to request for a return or an exchange. Your message should contain Order Reference Number or any proof of purchase, as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will not entertain return or exchange requests if the order has not been delivered. 
  2. We will revert back to you on the instructions on how to return.
  3. Please do not attempt to make a return without notifying us beforehand, as we will not entertain any returns processed in this manner.
  4. Please allow up to 14 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), for action of your return.


*Our policy lasts 30 days after the tracking status shows delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over RM150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
